Bryan E. Mraz is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. Business Administration - Accounting (1980) and received his law degree from Loyola University School of Law (1983). He was an Assistant State's Attorney with the DuPage County State's Attorney's office from 1983 to 1985. He is the principal in the law firm of Bryan E. Mraz & Associates. Bryan has served as Chairman of both the Probate Committee and the Local Government Committee of the DuPage County Bar Association.

Laurence J. Mraz  is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. (1985), received his M.B.A. from the University of Texas (1987), and received his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law (1995), where he graduated with high honors. He was an Economic Analyst and Commissioner?s Assistant with the Illinois Commerce Commission from 1988 to 1995, where he provided expert testimony and advice relative to utility regulatory matters. He joined the law firm of Bryan E. Mraz & Associates in 1995.
