Bryan Mraz, the principal of the firm, has been the acting Village Attorney for the Village of Bartlett for over 20 years, and the firm represents other governmental entities, both large and small, including the long time representation of the Schaumburg Park District, the Hanover Park Park District, and the Medinah Park District. Mr. Mraz serves as general counsel to the Boards of each of those governmental entities and regularly assists them, and their respective staffs, to remain compliant with various federal, state, county, and local laws and regulations, as well as drafting and reviewing complex contracts, drafting ordinances, and handling municipal litigation.
